Each high school class will be asked to bring a food item for the potluck: Seniors-hotdishes, Juniors-salads, Sophomores-hotdishes, Freshmen-desserts.

Hello everyone! Alison Carlson here, Vice President of the Grenora Public School Foundation.
Before we get into our drawings on Saturday, I wanted to take a moment and thank everyone for all you’ve done for the raffle this year and the foundation in general; whether that was buying, selling, or advertising tickets, and otherwise donating throughout the year. Your support of our kids and teachers is greatly appreciated!!
If you haven’t had a chance to get a ticket yet, give us a call at the school (701-694-2711). There will be tickets available throughout the month of May or until they run out for you to get in on the remainder of the drawings.
We will post the winner daily on this page. If you win, we will be in contact with you for pickup/delivery!

Grenora School 7-12 grade Band along with the color guard will be performing at Band Day this year. Band Day is on May 8th, and the parade starts at noon. The bands line up at the Arc. Marches West down 18th, and then turn South and march to Harmon Park. The bus will leave Grenora at 10:00 am. Lunch will be provided afterwards free in Harmon Park for all students. If you are taking your student HOME from band day, PLEASE PLEASE let the director know in advance!!!
The Spring Concert this year will be K-12, and will be on Monday, May 10th. The theme is Mother's Day of course! All students grades K - 6 should wear their "Spring Best" clothes. All members of the 7-12 band should wear their "concert black and whites". This is black pants and a white top. Students 8-12 who are ONLY in choir will be wearing choir robes but need the have on black pants, shoes and socks. Treats will be served following the concert by the Grenora Music Boosters.

MONDAK THUNDER PLAYDAY -- WEDNESDAY, MAY 5TH AT THE WESTBY PLAYGROUND
Parents of Grenora and Westby Students Grades K-6
Hello Everyone!
Thunder Play Day will be held on Wednesday, May 5th starting at 9:00am MST. Lunch will be served at 11:00am MST. T-Shirts will be handed out in the gym following lunch.
Please have your child/children bring a water bottle with them as the schools water fountains are turned off. Also, please have your child/children dress according to the weather as they will be outside the entire morning.
There will be 8 events. Parents are welcome to come and watch. The events will be held on the Westby School playground. If you have any questions, please call Westby School. (406) 385-2225.

The yearbook class could use help from parents of Thunder athletes! Spring is so busy and the staff cannot always make it to events. Please send any good quality images of your Thunder athletes and they just might make it into the yearbook! This includes all ages! Thank you in advance.
